The KrunchIt Privacy Policy statement discloses the privacy practices employed by KrunchIt and is incorporated into and is subject to the terms and conditions of use.

Collection and use of user information

KrunchIt collects personal information (name and e-mail) from its users. Except as required by (a) federal, state or international law, (b) subpoena or court order, (c) the user's written consent or other legit,genuine and ethical emergencies. KrunchIt will not sell, share, or rent the user information to any third party.

User files

The files/data that the user transfers (upload/fetch via web) to KrunchIt is stored in a resonably secured manner on the KrunchIt servers. This data can only be accessed by the user himself/herself, unless he/she shares or send the file information. The user files/data will never be shared/sold/rented to any third-party or opened/viewed by any KrunchIt employees unless required by (a) federal, state or international law, (b) subpoena or court order, (c) the user's written consent or other legit,genuine and ethical emergencies.
The user files are kept on the KrunchIt server for a period of 10 hours, unless chosen for immediate deletion by the user, after which they are deleted permanently.

Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of information stored on the user's computer. The cookie allows the KrunchIt system to identify a user as a registered member and save some preferences that has nothing to do with a user's personal information. A small piece of encrypted data is stored in the cookie when a user logs in and this helps KrunchIt identify the user later and automatically sign him/her in without the need of any manual action from the user. This cookie, in no way exposes any sensitive information.
KrunchIt's business partners make use of cookies on the website for various purposes such as serving/tracking advertisements, logging and measuring the effectiveness of advertisements etc. KrunchIt, has control over the use of these cookies and is not responsible for the data collected through these cookies and how/what for the data collected by these cookies are used.

Correspondences

KrunchIt may contact its users from time to time to notify of important changes on the system, technical updates etc. KrunchIt may also store correspondences from its users for tracking purposes and these won't be shared/sold or rented to any thirdparty except as requred by (a) federal, state or international law, (b) subpoena or court order, (c) the user's written consent or other legit, genuine and ethical emergencies.

Security

KrunchIt employs resonable methods to protect its user information and data. Sensitive user information is enrypted and securely stored in a database. None of this information is stored on shared servers, but dedicated servers in a secure environment.

Choice/Opt-out

KrunchIt allows its users to opt-out of receiving communication(emails) or the service at any time. If the user decides to opt-out of the service, his/her personal infromation and files/data will be removed from KrunchIt unless required by law or court order.

Changes

KrunchIt reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time. The notice of changes will be either put up on the website or sent via email to the users, unless emergency requires otherwise. No guarantees or warranties

Due to technical, legal and practical limitations, KrunchIt cannot warrant and does not guarantee, the non-disclosure of the user's private/personal information and data in ways not described in this privacy policy. KrunchIt may disclose information to government authorities or thirdparties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access private data or communications. As the user, you authorize KrunchIt to disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials/bodies as KrunchIt, in its sole discretion, believes necessary, prudent or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, or other activity that is illegal or may expose KrunchIt to legal liability.
